Condo is three blocks from two grocery stores, about 10 min walk from the sky bridge to Myrtle Edwards Park/Sculpture Park, and 5 min to Seattle Center (including Pacific Northwest Ballet, Seattle Opera, and Seattle Repertory Theater) and Space Needle, where you can take the Monorail to Westlake Light Rail station.
