Early check-in and late check-out will incur a $50 charge per hour unless otherwise granted in writing. Exceeding occupancy stated in the rules will incur a $50 charge per person per night. If housekeeping exceeds 3 hours after your stay, an additional cleaning fee of $100 per hour will apply. The unit is located in a laid-back neighborhood bordered by The University District, Fremont, GreenLake, and Phinney Ridge. Gas Works Park on Wallingford's south edge is perfect for a picnic and relaxation by the water. No smoking is allowed with a $500 penalty fee. No events or parties are permitted. Maximum overnight occupancy is six, and maximum occupancy until 10:00 pm is eight. Please observe reduced noise and activity from 9 pm to 9 am. Check-in is after 4 PM using the keyless digital lock with a unique code provided prior to your arrival. Includes two designated workspaces in both the ground floor and Master bedrooms, high-speed Wi-Fi, and a Smart TV to access your Netflix, Hulu, and Amazon Prime accounts.
