Not so much a credit score, but things that are negatively showing on your credit (lack of credit is not the same as bad credit). Screening check is $50 per person and everyone over the age of 18 will need to have this completed. If applicant is approved, a Holding Fee (same amount as Security Deposit and cleaning fee) will be requested in the form of secure funds and any paperwork the screening company requests to verify income; these items will need to be brought in within 48 hours of approval. At the time of lease signing, the Holding Fee will transfer to applicant's Security Deposit.
