This studio is rented for 1 person. For 2 people, I need to screen the 2nd person, and also ask for $200 more/month. Shorter terms are possible: 6-11 month $1850/month. 3-5 month $1895/month. I just installed a brand-new bed, a new toilet, a new sleeper futon. Please do not bring your furniture without my consent. Small desk/chair/bench is ok. No pet, no smoking, no parking spot. No outdoor shoes or dirty feet on carpet. Please keep everything clean. I usually lay a bed sheet on the carpet to catch dust and stuff falling from your hands. Please respect building quiet hours: 10pm-7am. My neighbors are quiet. There's street noise.
