Large locked storage area under building for bikes, etc. The apartments have gas furnaces and tenants pay for gas and electric. We pay water, sewer and garbage. There is no on-site parking, only street parking. Deposits: 1st and last months rent and a $765 security deposit due at signing. The security deposit is totally refundable if you leave the place the way you got it. We require a 1 year lease. Please do not go to the apartment except during the open houses.
