The serene bedroom features a queen-sized bed with plush bedding, while the modern bathroom is equipped with all essentials, including a shower, luxurious towels, and complimentary toiletries. The open-concept living area is designed for comfort and style, with a cozy sofa, flat-screen TV, and high-speed Wi-Fi for your entertainment and work needs. The fully equipped kitchen comes with all necessary appliances and utensils, allowing you to prepare your favorite meals with ease. Enjoy the privacy of your own space with alley access behind the main house, providing a quiet and secluded retreat. There is plenty of free street parking at and around the house. There is no parking onsite. Situated on the west side of the picturesque Queen Anne neighborhood, you'll be within walking distance to a variety of local attractions, shops, and dining options. Explore the iconic Kerry Park for stunning views of downtown Seattle and Mount Rainier, visit the Seattle Center, or take a short drive to the bustling Pike Place Market. Queen Anne is famous for its breathtaking views of the Seattle skyline, Elliott Bay, and Mount Rainier. The neighborhood is home to a variety of cultural attractions, including the Seattle Center, which hosts the Space Needle, Chihuly Garden and Glass, and the Museum of Pop Culture. No pets are allowed at the house, and there will be a penalty fee if it is determined that there were pets in the home during your reservation period. Smoking of any kind, including vaping, is not allowed in the home, on the deck, or elsewhere on the property, with a penalty fee for violations. Check-in time is at or after 4pm and check-out time is 10am. Early check-ins and late checkouts are based on availability and can be requested one day before, with additional fees possibly applying. The unit is located above the garage for the house, and garage parking is not included with the unit. A daily electricity allowance of 75 kWh is included, with any excess billed at local utility rates and shared with guests after the stay. Access to the backyard between the DADU and the house is not included. There is an office on the ground floor of the DADU used by the owner, but they will not access the upstairs living quarters. Your access to the DADU does not include this office area. The open-concept living area is designed for comfort and style, with a cozy sofa, flat-screen TV, and high-speed Wi-Fi for your entertainment and work needs.
