Retired applicants must provide previous 3 months bank statements indicating their monthly direct deposit or, provide documentation indicating monthly income, Good credit history score above 700 free of negative credit issues which may indicate an applicant is high-risk and/or indicates a pattern of payment delinquency, applicants with charge-offs, unpaid debts, or a history of delinquent payments may be denied tenancy. All applicants must have a favorable credit rating for the past two years. Applicants will not be accepted for the following derogatory credit records: Eviction action and/or moneys owed to an apartment or property manager in the last 7 years.
