Located just a few blocks from Golden Gardens and Sunset Hill Park, and within walking distance to coffee shops, restaurants, and more, you'll have everything you need nearby. Easy access to Downtown Ballard by bike or car makes city exploration convenient. This peaceful and safe haven offers exceptional privacy for a truly relaxing getaway. The home is one block away from the main road (15th Ave) with plenty of bus stops, and there is a dedicated parking spot with additional free street parking. This is a pet-friendly home, but kindly refrain from allowing pets on furniture and linens, including couches, throws, beds, pillows, and towels. Pets should not be left unattended, and guests are asked to bring poop bags and pick up after their pets. Strictly no parties or events, with quiet hours between 10pm and 8am. No smoking or vaping of any kind is allowed anywhere on the property, including outdoor areas. A $500 fine applies per violation.
