You've also got all the ride-share scooters and bikes just across the street to explore the beauties of Alki Beach from the 2.5-mile paved jogging and bike path. There are plentiful options to get to downtown Seattle, including buses and a free shuttle to the West Seattle Water Taxi, which can whisk you straight across Elliott Bay to the Seattle waterfront, a no-car, traffic stress-free way to visit the city. That same free shuttle can also take you to the two main centers of West Seattle, the Alaska Junction and the Admiral Junction with grocery stores, many more restaurants, and shopping. There may be guests staying in the unit below you, so keep your shoes off and avoid loud TV and other sounds in consideration.
