HOME AND ENTRY This unit is a daylight basement apartment surrounded by meticulously maintained gardens. The space has a private entry through the back of the home as well as a private patio through french doors on the side of the home. KITCHEN Upon entering the unit, you are in the colorful fully furnished kitchenette with a cozy retro table with cushioned seats, great for laptopping. Appliances include mini fridge, two burner stove top, microwave, toaster oven and drip coffee maker. Dishes, silverware, utensils, pots, pans etc also provided. BATHROOM Just past the kitchen, you will find a hallway with the linen closet on your left and the bathroom on your right. The bathroom has recently undergone a remodel with a custom tiled standup shower. BEDROOM In a few more steps, you will find the bedroom on your left with a large cozy queen bed with luxury linens.
