No smoking is allowed in the unit or on the rooftop. Any violation of the smoking policy will incur a $400 fine plus cleaning costs necessary to remove smoke odors. No pets are allowed, and any violation of the no-pets policy will incur a $250 fine plus cleaning costs necessary to remove fur and odors. Not returning the physical key, if given, is subject to a $25 fine. House parties and illegal substances are strictly prohibited and grounds for immediate eviction.
