The first floor features the main entrance, a bedroom with a queen-size bed with heat only, and a full bathroom. The second floor includes a kitchen, dining, living room with smart TV and AC, and a sofa bed that sleeps two. The third floor hosts the primary bedroom with a queen-size bed, AC, and ensuite bathroom. The fourth floor offers a rooftop with skyline views. The kitchen is stocked with high-end kitchen appliances, cookware, silverware, serving ware, spices, coffee, and tea. Enjoy the rooftop patio with comfortable outdoor furniture for an al fresco experience. Street parking is free. The regular nightly rate covers 4 guests, with additional guest fees at $25 per person per night, up to a maximum of 6 guests. Well-trained pets are welcome at $50 per pet (dogs only). With a high walk score and many dining, shopping, and entertainment options within walking distance, you're less than a 5-minute walk to many bus stops. Ride-share services like Uber and Lyft are highly recommended. This townhome is not handicap friendly, and guests must be comfortable with stairs as there are multiple stories. Guest access will be granted via a door code. There is a Ring Camera by the front door. This is a pet-friendly home (dogs only), but kindly refrain from allowing pets on furniture or linens, including couches, throws, beds, pillows, and towels. Do not leave pets unattended, and please bring poop bags and pick up after your pets. Strictly no parties or events, quiet hours between 10pm-8am, no smoking or vaping of any kind anywhere on the property, including outdoor areas, no digital piracy, and no shoes in the home. A $500 fine applies per violation.
