Lots of storage space in the unit and in additional storage areas in building (no charge). Floors are carpet and vinyl, sorry no hardwood floors. Cats are OK, sorry no dogs. All our units are no smoking. It has baseboard electric heat that each tenant pays and owner pays water, sewer and garbage. Deposits: 1st and last month’s rent, a $750 security deposit and key deposit due at lease signing. The security deposit is totally refundable if you leave the place the way you got it.
