The main floor full bathroom has a bathtub with shower and bidet with additional hallway linen closet serving as storage. There's a second upstairs bathroom (quirky!) at the top of the stairs with a dressing area that could hold a twin sized bed (bonus space). Upstairs bath is built into the slant of the roof, with a toilet, sink, and shower. Dining room table seats 4 people. Kitchen has dishwasher, garbage disposal, microwave, gas range, large refrigerator (with freezer), and all necessary small appliances like a coffee pot, waffle iron, toaster and hand mixer. Laundry room has washer and dryer and room for coats and shoes. Large partially fenced backyard with patio, fire table, gas grill, and patio furniture. Propane for both the grill and fire table provided. House comes fully furnished with all of the kitchen essentials, sheets, bedding, pillows, towels, etc. Roomba vacuum and basic cleaning supplies included. The house is not child-proofed. There's plenty of storage space in the garage and upstairs. Quiet residential neighborhood with easy access to I-5 and light rail. Close to schools, churches, and a public swimming pool. If you head east 2 blocks there's a convenience store, and if you head west 2-3 blocks there's a gym, pet store, and natural grocery store. There's a bus stop for the 345/346 line on the corner that will get you to UW Northwest Hospital in about 6 minutes and to Northgate light rail station in about 10 minutes. There are several parks and small lakes with walking paths in the area.
