Fully furnished rental on a month-to-month basis. Price is winter pricing and will increase in April. I live part time abroad (Portugal) and will return summer 2024 to live here in Seattle during summer break from my son's university in California. My personal belongings are stored and the home is fully furnished with a new kitchen and 2 new baths. Because this is a furnished listing with brand-new appliances, countertops and cabinets I am looking for gentle tenants on a month-to-month basis. The price includes a trusted housekeeper twice per month to change sheets, clean and maintain. I have a boathouse and moorage is a possibility. Boathouses are rare on Lake Washington because the city has stopped allowing new ones to be built. The lift capacity is 5,000 lbs but is not included in the base rent or contract. If you want to use it, please reach out to discuss. The dog door leads to a fenced yard (no fence between dock and garden). At the time of move-out renter will need to handle dog-related cleaning if needed. Any damage to my new appliances, countertops, etc will need to be fixed. If you have a dog, I can supply lots of coverings for the beds and sofas but ultimately it is up to you to keep the home in good order. Unless otherwise negotiated the boat lift and garage not included. (Please reach out if you want to discuss those items. The driveway fits 2 cars). Water toys such as kayaks, SUPs, water trampoline are available for your enjoyment but must be handled with care and returned to their storage areas.
