Smoking is not allowed inside the apartment or on the balcony, and violation of this policy will result in a $250 fine for cleaning and odor removal. Quiet hours are from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM. Please be considerate of neighbors and keep noise levels to a minimum during quiet hours. No loud parties or events are allowed.
