Applicant should be able to provide references from previous housing provider(s) for a minimum of 12 - 24 months. A prior eviction is cause for denial. Applicant must have a minimum credit score of 725. The applicant should be able to demonstrate good fiscal responsibility. A history of charge-offs, unpaid debts, or a history of delinquent payments may be denied tenancy.
