Each of our units is a clean, very well-maintained one-bedroom efficiency unit. It is self-contained so there is no shared venting for air or heat, and therefore no risk of virus or pollution transfer between units. Some units are partially furnished, others are unfurnished. Each apartment is laid out very well to give you the storage you need. Each unit has a patio or balcony in addition to your interior space. Our apartments include nearly new appliances. There is a lot of storage in each unit, and the bedrooms have double closets and built-in cabinets. We feature studio and one bedroom apartments in small complexes which are close to downtown Pullman but within walking distance of the WSU campus. Apartments are located in a "quiet block" which is maintained for the benefit of mature students and professionals. We have on-site management and quick response to maintenance issues. All of our units are cable and internet ready. Our apartments are located 1/2 block from the transit bus stops. Enjoy the Riverwalk and find your way to the Farmer's Market, with the path starting just one block from our site. Feel free to wander around downtown and stop in at any of the excellent espresso cafes, artisan pizza, or sandwich shops in downtown Pullman. Good past rental history and income verification are required to complete the application process. Lease can be renewed or extended if necessary on this unit.
