This updated Vic has 4+ beds, 2 baths. There is one proper bedroom and an office on the main floor. The 2nd-4th bedrooms are upstairs. Much of the charm remains with the woodwork (soon to be re-stained). There is a shed and driveway parking for two cars.
Comes with all kitchen appliances, plus a washer and dryer. Heat pump provides energy efficient heat and AC, located in the large kitchen and the office.
Small pets considered on a case by case basis. Additional fees and deposit will be required. Pets must also be adult, fixed, vaccinated and friendly. The yard is fenced, but not guaranteed to hold your dog (check for yourself).
