Much of the charm remains with the woodwork (soon to be re-stained). There is a shed and driveway parking for two cars. Comes with all kitchen appliances, plus a washer and dryer. Heat pump provides energy efficient heat and AC, located in the large kitchen and the office. Small pets considered on a case by case basis. Additional fees and deposit will be required.
