This home is in a private, quiet neighborhood on 1.2 acres, located conveniently between Sequim and Port Angeles. House has 2 levels. Two bedrooms, loft area, and a full bathroom on the top floor. And on the ground floor are the living room, kitchen, laundry, garage, 1/2 bath, and master bed and bathroom. The living room has a vaulted ceiling and lots of windows to let in the sunlight. 2 car garage with electric opener. Easy care yard with patio at the side of the house. House is heated and cooled with an efficient heat pump. Tenant is required to mow the grass and weed the rock and bark areas. Please be sure you have your own equipment and the time to maintain the yard, or be willing to pay a landscaper to take care of it for you. One dog is possible on case-by-case basis with $500 additional security deposit and $50 monthly pet rent. First and last month's rent and security deposit are required. We are looking for responsible, non-smoking/vaping tenants with good rental references or mortgage payment history, verified monthly income of at least three times the rental price per month, and willing to sign a minimum of a 12-month lease.
