Olympic National Park is only 40 minutes away, and the Olympic Discovery Trail is approximately 18 minutes away. Pets, smoking, fireworks, and events are not permitted. Unauthorized pets will incur a $250 additional cleaning fee and you are subject to immediate eviction. If pet droppings are found on the property there will be an extra charge of $35 per pile. Renters who do not comply with the non-smoking policy may be asked to leave without a refund and may be assessed with a $300 smoke removal fee, charged to the renter’s credit card.
