Feel at home in this fresh 3-bedroom, 2.5-bath home on the west side of Port Angeles, offering views of the Strait of Juan de Fuca. Recently remodeled with wood-laminate flooring throughout, new lighting and interior paint, and an updated kitchen with granite and new LG appliances, this home provides a wonderful base for experiencing all the Northwest has to offer. Relax in the warm and inviting living area with comfy furniture, cable TV, Netflix, and free Wi-Fi. The well-equipped kitchen includes a dishwasher, pots and pans, range, oven, microwave, and fridge. Enjoy the humongous deck accessed off the 2nd floor, complete with patio furniture and a small propane grill. The lower level features an extra rec room with a new pool table and wood stove. A washer and dryer are located in the huge laundry room. Although the max number of adult guests is six, there are additionally two small bonus beds for small children. The smaller bed is good for approximately ages 4 and under, and the bunk bed downstairs is a little bigger. Located in the west part of Port Angeles, in a quiet suburb, this home is close to the Olympic Discovery Trail and a short 15-minute drive to the Salt Creek Rec Area for wide sandy beaches, picnics, kayaking, and tidepooling. It's also less than 30 minutes from Lake Crescent for waterfall trails and lake kayaking, and only 40 minutes from Olympic National Park, where you can drive up to Hurricane Ridge for spectacular views and an easy hike at the top. Pets, smoking, fireworks, and events are not permitted. Unauthorized pets will incur a $250 additional cleaning fee and you are subject to immediate eviction. If pet droppings are found on the property there will be an extra charge of $35 USD per pile that will be deducted from the credit card on file. Renters who do not comply with the non-smoking policy may be asked to leave without a refund and may be assessed with a $300 smoke removal fee, charged to the renter’s credit card. Additional guests, beyond what was agreed on, are not permitted. Tampering with outside cameras is cause for immediate cancellation of the reservation with no refund.
