Main bedroom: Queen bed on the main floor Loft: Two twin beds (low ceiling—about 4.5 ft—ideal for kids but perfectly workable for adults who don’t mind ducking) Bathroom: 1 full bath Kitchen: Fully equipped for cooking all your meals Dining: Small table with seating for 4 Living room: Smart TV with WiFi streaming (no cable/satellite) The main level is 425 sq ft, with the loft adding an additional 200 sq ft. Outdoor Living - A small deck - Outdoor dining area - Propane BBQ - A peaceful setting perfect for stargazing The true highlight is the semi-private community beach on stunning Lake Sutherland. Spend your days swimming, kayaking, paddle boarding, boating, or simply relaxing by the clear, clean water. It’s the perfect spot for families, couples, and adventure seekers alike. You’ll be just minutes from Lake Crescent and Olympic National Park, with endless opportunities for hiking, biking, fishing, boating, and exploring. Application fee is $50 per adult. $75 lease prep fee. We do NOT accept portable applications (something that is obtained outside of the company).
