Westman Mill Apartment homes are located on the old site of the first worker-owned cooperative plywood factory in Olympia comprised by Ed Westman in 1921. The investor-workforce plywood engineers set up shop and flourished into the 1950’s. This location now produces 87 apartment homes total. OF COURSE there is air-conditioning in each unit.
