The neighbors are quiet and considerate. You will be a 3 minute walk to 2 different convenience stores and across from a bus stop as well. We are looking for a conscientious renter that will take good care of the home, has great references and can show 3x the rental rate as monthly income. Professionally managed and will only accept well qualified renter/s. 6 month lease to start and then we can go to a longer lease when the first one expires if we find we are a good fit.
