OVERNITE GUESTS MUST BE APPROVED AHEAD OF VISIT. Outside plastic shed also must be approved ahead of purchase/delivery. Electricity has own meter currently at 12 cents per kwh. 30gal garbage bag for each week approved or additional costs will be billed. Acreage property under security camera and iron gate opened by (1) assigned and preset remote control. Remote must be protected at all times from loss or damage due to the specialized type of automatic gate. Rental increase rare!
