Please note: this is a very small house and is best suited for someone with minimal belongings; it will not accommodate large furniture. The property is shared with one other unit (a larger cabin that is currently rented) and sits next to a private lake, with easy access to a community park that includes a swimming beach and covered picnic area. This is a wonderful spot for those who enjoy outdoor living—think paddleboarding in the summer or relaxing in a hammock surrounded by trees. Monthly rent is $1,000, plus a $200 flat-rate utility fee covering electricity, heat, water, sewer, and garbage. The flat-rate utility fee is subject to an annual increase or decrease based on usage during the prior lease period. Internet service is not included; tenants must arrange and pay for their own service (Starlink is the best available option in this area). At lease signing, first month’s rent, first month’s utility fee, and a security deposit are due. No pets will be considered or allowed (no exceptions). Smoking is not permitted.
