Our family will use the home for a three weeks in mid-July through August. It will be available again from approximately August 5, 2026 through the following July (2027) on a recurring annual basis. - Rent: $2500 per month. This amount includes Starlink internet, Fisherman Bay water, and professional lawn care - Electricity is the responsibility of the tenant. - Chickens: There is a small flock of pet chickens on the property.
