This studio offers a small yet functional kitchen equipped with a dishwasher, a queen-size bed, and a full-size pull-out sofa. The ensuite bathroom features a shower, and the studio is enhanced with heated floors and a mini split A/C for both cooling and additional heating. A generator ensures uninterrupted power, even during stormy seasons. Well-trained pets are welcome with a fee of $50 per pet. Please inform us if you’ll be bringing your pet and how many. The pet fee beyond one pet is processed manually after reservation confirmation. Located on Whidbey Island, this retreat is perfect for nature lovers, offering lush forests, quaint towns, and stunning beaches. Just minutes away, the picturesque town of Langley awaits with its galleries, cafes, wine tasting, and quaint restaurants, making it an ideal day trip destination. Guests have access to the entire studio and front patio. To respect the privacy of owners and neighbors, do not venture beyond the designated viewpoint. Pets should be kept on a leash, and noise levels should be kept down. Strictly no parties or events, with quiet hours between 10pm and 8am. Smoking or vaping of any kind is prohibited anywhere on the property, including outdoor areas. A $500 fine applies per violation. Cellphone signal can be spotty, so enabling Wi-Fi calling/texting is recommended if your carrier allows. Satellite Internet is available as the owners work from home.
