The fee for early check-in is $25 per hour for every hour in advance of the check-in time. Check-out is no later than 11am. Late check-outs must be approved and are $50 per hour for each hour beyond the regular 11am check-out. If guests stay past the 11am check-out time without approval and without completing payment, guests will be charged for the next night’s stay. If a maintenance issue arises, we will do our best to correct it as quickly as possible. Emergency maintenance issues will be prioritized. There is no smoking of any kind allowed at the property. If any smoke debris or smell is identified during or after a guest’s stay, a $250 deep cleaning fee will apply. Sadly, our home is not suitable to accommodate pets. Anyone found to have brought a pet of any kind onto the property will be fined $500 and asked to remove it immediately. There are no parties or events allowed at the listing. If a party or event is held, a deep cleaning fee which may be between $500-700 will be charged. Additionally, a charge for carpet cleaning will also be charged which is dependent on the size of the home. An additional cleaning fee of $50 per hour will be charged for each additional hour of cleaning or maintenance required if the housekeeping crew finds an unreasonable mess or anything is damaged. Ensure that the number of guests matches your reservation as each person generates more to clean. There will be a $50 fine per guest at the property in excess of the reserved number.
