The apartment is in the lower level of our home, commonly known a Mother-in-law apartment. We rent on a 6 month lease and then a month to month rental. Our last tenant was on a month to month basis and she stayed 5 years! Everything has been painted and a new carpet installed. The price is $1547. per month with a $500 damage/security deposit. The apartment is 650 sq feet with a fireplace in the living room and a large closet for storage space. There is adequate storage space in the kitchen.The bedroom is the most sunny room in the entire building with plenty of room for any size bed. The rent includes all utilities except for WiFi and cable. We recommend a streaming device rather than cable. Also a PO Box must be rented. If you are looking for quiet and privacy instead of a large apartment building, this is the apartment for you. This is a quiet and woodsy neighborhood with off street parking for one car. Sorry- no pets and no smoking.
