The lower floor offers a second living room with a smart TV and dining area, two bedrooms with queen beds, and a hallway bathroom with a bathtub and shower combo. Enjoy the hot tub on the deck outside. Well-trained pets are welcome at $50 per pet. Additional guest fees are $25 per person per night, up to a maximum of 8 guests. Strictly no parties and events, quiet hours between 10pm-8am, no smoking or vaping of any kind anywhere on the property including outdoor areas, no digital piracy, and no shoes in the home. A $500 fine applies per violation. Includes a dedicated workspace for remote work with a comfortable set-up, ensuring you can work efficiently from home. A laptop computer is not included.
