House rental includes access to the community lake, where fishing (within season) and swimming are allowed. There's a children's playground, a basketball court, and walking trails—a very safe neighborhood. The house is in Gig Harbor, on the KPN. near shopping, library, and Gateway Park.
The rental includes a washer and dryer. The bedroom has an extra space, good for a small office area and a closet. The house has been freshly painted, with new heaters and a new kitchen sink. There is an EV Charging Station. Pets considered.
Tenant must abide by the Lake Community HOA rules and regulations. Utilities are not included. Tenant must pay for water and trash. Trash pick up required. Tenant will be responsible for yard upkeep. I will accept a reusable tenant screening report. I want a one-year lease. Open to negotiating length.
If the lease is renewed with notice and the tenant's approval, I would like to do a yearly home walk-through to catch any possible issues and have them promptly repaired.
