Lots of beautiful upgrades in the house. Rent for the 3 bedroom 2 bath upstairs portion of the home is $2350 plus $375 for utilities - $2725 total. The utility fee includes everything except internet/wifi which you must provide to house - included are electricity and natural gas (largest expense ranging from $250-$700 per month that the owner pays on your behalf) garbage, water, sewer and even professional landscaping service each month. You pay zero utilities on your own and instead pay a flat $375 to owner who takes care of everything except internet. No need to even mow the lawn. Normally the utilities in a house like this are $600+ per month average total but they are subsidized by the downstairs occupants so this is actually much cheaper for you overall than if you paid them on your own. Since the utilities are shared the owner asks for a flat fee of $375 and he will cover overage (within reason). You have no power bill or anything else to pay. You will get half of the garage to use for your storage or your vehicle and one driveway parking spot behind your garage space. Unlimited street parking on the street. Your entry and exit are through the front door and you have a keypad you can use for your lock which is super cool. The house has AC! Brand new furnace. You have a private deck upstairs. The house has a huge flagstone fireplace. Ecobee thermostat. Smart home features. Granite counter tops. Stainless Steel appliances. View of a ravine behind the home. Newer back deck. The laundry is in a shared space with another tenant and you will have access depending on availability. Please be respectful of other folks downstairs.
