Woodland Village Apartments

Village Concepts of Chehalis, Woodland Village has Townhomes and Cottages available for rent ranging from $1,950 to $3,200. Current Specials: Luxury Cottages are $2,800 ($3,100 regular rate) and Country and Garden Cottages are $2,500 ($3,000 regular rate) and we are waiving our one time Community Fee of $1,000. Must move in prior to 1/31/23. We are a third-generation family-owned and locally operated company with deep roots in the Northwest. Woodland Village has Cottages, Townhomes, Independent Apartments, Assisted Living Apartments and Memory Care. All Cottages and Townhomes have a full kitchen and attached large one car garage or car port. In addition, they include maintenance, weekly housekeeping, access to all activities in our main community and basic utilities such as water, sewer, garbage and electricity. If you would like to add a meal plan, you may for an additional price.
