Tenant required to sign up and pay for electric with Wahkiakum County PU. Tenant to pay minimum for water and sewer to owner monthly. The current minimum for the triplex is $405.00. This is divided by the 3 units equaling $135/unit. Tenant will pay their share of any excess of the minimum. Owner will provide tenants with copy of monthly invoice. Garbage is paid by owner. This covers one 64-gallon garbage can. Additional charges will be back charged to the tenant with invoice provided. On the street parking. Others to complete yard work. No Satellite dishes and no new hole's drill into building. Absolutely no smoking. Washer and Dryer available and shared with the Apartment A.
Other Screening Requirements: *Owner utilizes a tool to provide screening application ($35 per tenant). * Owner will send an application once applicant has talked to the owner and/or visited the apartment. * All applicants over 18 are required to be screened. * Owner will not accept a reusable tenant screening report *Screening will cover a background check which will include, SNN trace, eviction search, sex offender check, Global and National Crime search. * Credit check * Employment & Income verification. A single or multiple negative report(s) from one of the above, may lead to denial of application.
