Other Screening Requirements: *Owner utilizes a tool to provide screening application ($35 per tenant). * Owner will send an application once applicant has talked to the owner and/or visited the apartment. * All applicants over 18 are required to be screened. * Owner will not accept a reusable tenant screening report *Screening will cover a background check which will include, SNN trace, eviction search, sex offender check, Global and National Crime search. * Credit check * Employment & Income verification.
