Downstairs, you'll find a spacious area with a queen bed and a pull-out couch, perfect for family gatherings. The kitchen is fully stocked with appliances, cookware, and more, ensuring you feel at home. Enjoy the convenience of an onsite washer and dryer for your laundry needs. The regular nightly rate covers 4 guests, with additional guest fees at $25 per person per night, up to a maximum of 8 guests. Well-trained pets are welcome with a fee of $50 per pet, with a limit of 2 pets. Please inform us if you’ll be bringing your pet and how many. Quiet hours are between 10pm and 8am, and there is a strict no smoking or vaping policy on the property, including outdoor areas. A $500 fine applies per violation. No parties or events are allowed, and shoes should not be worn inside the home.
