Our 3 bed + den, 2 bath apartments were built in 2017 and we are pleased to offer these airy, bright, spacious homes to the student living marketplace. Less than a mile from campus and an easy walk from Fred Meyers on Lakeway, The Dex is privately owned by a small real estate company that takes pride in delivering great housing that is consistently well maintained. We screen carefully to ensure we have great tenants, and communicate rapidly when issues occur.
