I have a lovely home in the Fairhaven neighborhood that will be available for rent March 1st for sure, possibly mid February. It is a two story, 1800 sq. ft. home with 3 bedrooms, an office and 1 ¾ baths. The original home was built in 1896, but home was extensively remodled in 2007-2009. It features polished cement floors downstairs with radiant floor heat. Both the water and floor heat is powered by an energy efficient on- demand gas water heater. It also has a wood stove. The kitchen appliances are all 1-3 years old and the home includes a top of the line washer and dryer. There is a shed in the front for bike/ garden storage as wel as pull in parking in front, shared with the DADU. It is in the heart of Fairhaven, adjacent to the interurban trail, with historic Fairhaven and Marine Park within easy walking distance. My partner and I live in a DADU, or small (850 sq. ft.) home in the back yard of the house for rent, so are looking for tenants who would enjoy the communal aspects of this set up, though also have our own privacy.
