This beautiful Bellevue condo has recently undergone renovations and has become an oasis of comfort, convenience, and relaxation. The open-concept living area is vibrant and lively, perfect for unwinding, watching movies, or cooking delightful treats in the fully equipped kitchen. Explore the back of the condo to discover two cozy bedrooms that will relax you during your memorable Bellevue stay. The front patio offers a lounge area allowing you to take in the serenity of the outdoors without leaving the property. The condo offers free parking with one covered carport space. The key to the pool and spa area is provided to you in the home. Failure to return the key will result in a $200 fee as a new key must be ordered from management of the complex and the area may need to be rekeyed. The condo is situated in Northwest Bellevue, a charming neighborhood just minutes away from downtown Bellevue and a short drive from Seattle. Northwest Bellevue offers a peaceful retreat away from the hustle and bustle of the city. Tree-lined streets, well-manicured lawns, and a sense of timeless elegance characterize the neighborhood. One of the highlights of Northwest Bellevue is its proximity to breathtaking natural beauty. The neighborhood is surrounded by lush greenery and offers easy access to several parks and trails. One such gem is the renowned Bellevue Botanical Garden, a 53-acre oasis of stunning flowers and plants. For those seeking outdoor activities, nearby Mercer Slough Nature Park provides hiking, kayaking, and wildlife observation opportunities. Northwest Bellevue is also a haven for food enthusiasts and shopping lovers, boasting many dining options and shopping destinations like Bellevue Square and the Bravern. The fireplace in the living area is not functional. Early check-ins are not guaranteed and incur a fee of $25 per hour for every hour in advance of the check-in time. Ensure the number of guests matches your reservation, as there will be a $50 fine per guest in excess of the reserved number.
