A mini-split provides cooling on the main floor during the summer heat, and a fireplace keeps things cozy during the cold season. Entertainment is provided by a smart TV and internet for streaming. Relax outdoors on the front porch and covered backyard deck year-round, or unwind in the backyard hot tub and fire pit. Well-trained pets are welcome with a fee of $50 per pet per night. Located in Paradise Estates, a private community approximately 5 miles from the Nisqually entrance of Mt. Rainier National Park, this cabin is surrounded by a mix of full-time residents, vacation homes, and other rental properties. The cabin is accessed by fully maintained roads all year round and is only accessible by car, as there is no public transit nearby. Four-wheel drive is recommended in the winter, and tire chains are available for rent at local stores. Parties and events are strictly prohibited, and quiet hours are between 10pm and 8am. Smoking or vaping of any kind is not allowed anywhere on the property, including outdoor areas, and digital piracy and shoes in the home are prohibited. There is a $500 fine per violation. Use of the fire pit and charcoal grill are prohibited during a burn ban. The regular nightly rate covers 6 guests. Additional guest fees are $25 per person per night, up to a maximum of 8 guests.
