Enjoy high-quality beds, a fully stocked kitchen, and a versatile loft for extra sleeping space. The regular nightly rate covers 6 guests, with additional guest fees of $25 per person per night, up to a maximum of 8 guests. Well-trained pets are welcome at $50 per pet. Pet fees beyond one pet are processed manually post reservation confirmation. Quiet hours are between 10pm and 8am, and there is a strict no parties and no smoking policy with a $500 fine per violation. Use of the fire pit and charcoal grill is prohibited during the burn ban.
