The number of ordinary house pets must be approved in advance and in writing by Signature Management Corp. Residents may have a maximum of one or two cats or dogs, weighing no more than a combined weight of 100 pounds on the first floor and a combined weight of 65 pounds on any other floor. Any exceptions must be approved by management.
