We're two guys in our thirties, and we have an available room in a 3BR/2BA located in an awesome spot just a five-minute walk from the Dunn-Loring Metro. The bedroom has two closets, space for a large bed and other furniture, and a full bath shared with one other person. The living room has two reclining couches with USB ports, a big-screen TV, and storage-capable coffee table. The unit itself is on the ground floor with a super-convenient lockable walk-in patio. Parking is free, we have 1TB Fios wi-fi, and the kitchen has a dishwasher and plenty of storage space. The complex includes a gym, bball court, a pool, tennis courts, a volleyball court, a barbeque deck, and a WeWork-ish kind of facility with plenty of seating and free coffee/tea/other beverages. We don't have huge parties, but occasionally host poker/board games/sports events. The sooner your move-in date, the better. We're happy to answer any questions, just reach out.
