Bring the whole family to this sunny, clean, and large home with lots of room for fun. Feel at home and enjoy the nation's capital with a cup of coffee outside. However, there is a repair pending on the kitchen and dining room floor. The floor does not affect walkability at all, but care must be taken when walking through this area of the house because there are some loose parts.
