It is newly remodeled with fresh interior and exterior paint, newly painted wood & new luxury vinyl flooring. It has gas heat with central air conditioning and thermal windows throughout. In addition, this first floor unit has a private front porch. The kitchen offers newer countertops, newer sink faucet, a gas stove, a refrigerator & a nice Stack Unit Washer/Dryer. The bathroom has new vinyl flooring, a new vanity top and faucet & a full-sized tub. It has two entrances and 2-car (back-to-back) off-street parking. This second-floor unit with side main entrance is $1,050/m. It has a water bill subsidy of $50/m. You pay for gas & electricity. You also pay the water bill above the $50 subsidy (normally from ~$65/m from the tenant). I am looking for a qualified tenant who wants to move in very soon.
