We offer spacious 1 and 2 bedroom apartment homes and 3 bedroom town homes. Our community is nestled in the peaceful Merrifield neighborhood, right in the heart of Churchland. Pricing and availability: 1 Bedroom Garden Apt- $750 2 Bedroom Garden Apt $850 3 Bedroom Townhome- $1015 Features: Our apartments and townhomes all feature wall-to-wall carpeting, major kitchen appliances and ample closet space. Three bedroom townhomes have washer/dryer hook-ups, with the option to rent the set for an additional $45 per month. Our garden apartments allow the option to rent a stackable set for $40, or our residents may utilize the on-site laundry facility as well. Application Fees and Security Deposit: The non-refundable application fee is $40 for the first applicant and $25 for each additional adult. All adults must complete a separate application. Security deposits are based upon the application process and will range from $450- $900. A $99 administrative fee will be assessed upon move-in. All prices listed are subject to change. Other Requirements: Residents must purchase and maintain a renters’ insurance with a minimum liability of $100,000 and listing Merrifield Estates as a certificate holder. Utilities: Residents pay water, gas and electric. Pets: Merrifield Estates is also a pet friendly community, allowing one pet per home, with weight and breed restrictions.
