The remaining balance of each monthly bill shall be divided as follows: 40 % charged to Unit A (2 bedrooms, 1 bathroom) 60 % charged to Unit B (3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms) Tenants shall pay their respective share together with the monthly rent payment, which is due on the first (1st) day of each month. Since the utility bill is typically issued between the 5th and the 12th of each month, tenants will have more than twenty (20) days to cover their respective share prior to the rent due date. If only one of the two units is occupied, the Owner shall pay up to $100 per month, and the tenant of the occupied unit will be responsible for the remaining balance of the total water bill until the second unit becomes occupied.
