Our clean 2-bedroom apartment comes loaded with all the must-haves. Fully furnished kitchens with white appliances, beautiful countertops, & cherry cabinets will be the place of prepping delicious dinners & midnight snacks. Our apartments feature heat pumps, generous closets (making it easy to store and organize), & refreshing bathrooms. Please note: we are not part of Marion Manor that is subsidized housing. We are located within that apartment community, but our building is privately owned. We don't accept any housing vouchers & we also require a credit score of at least 620. Application fee is $55. We can allow up to two pets for an additional $20 per pet per month rent.
