Example: If the expected rent will be $350 $350 x 3.5 = $1,225 monthly income --Good Rental Reference for at least 2 years or past home ownership. (If not, you will be required to pay a higher than 1-month deposit, but all previous landlords must be paid in full) --We will conduct a Background Check and Credit Check for each person on the application. (Criminal history does not automatically disqualify you.
