We allow most pets less than 75 pounds and only require a one-time, non-refundable deposit fee of $250 per pet. Your security deposit would be equal to your first month’s rent, and would be due, along with first month rent and utilities upon lease signing. We are able to prorate your first month if you do not move in on the 1st of the month, and that prorated rent would be paid the following month.
